自闭症是一种广泛性的发育障碍,起病于婴幼儿期,表现为社会交往障碍、语言交往障碍和异常的行为与兴趣。箱庭疗法作为游戏治疗的一种,以沙和沙具为媒介,让儿童自主挑选玩具,在沙盘中自由表达自己,进而产生疗愈。在特殊教育学校应用箱庭疗法对一例自闭症儿童进行干预,经过治疗关系建立阶段、问题呈现与转化阶段、结束和分离阶段三个阶段11次的干预,个案的沙盘主题变化、人际互动、言语发展、认知发展等方面都发生了明显的改善。
