消化道由于受到食饵性抗原、细菌、病毒等各种抗原的刺激,其免疫组织趋向完整,且尚具有分泌型 IgA、粘膜淋巴细胞、淋巴集聚等特有的局部免疫结构。免疫缺陷病乃由于这个局部免疫结构发生缺损,而合并各种消化道病变,可分为原发性、继发性两种,兹分述如下:一、原发性免疫缺陷病:由体液免疫异常、细胞免疫异常、体液和细胞免疫异常等原因所致,其消化道病变如附表所示。二、继发性免疫缺陷病:乃继发性病变损及免疫组织所招致的免疫缺陷。其中,尤以蛋白质丢失性胃肠病和α重链症与消化道病变关系密切。
