“希望各级政府充分重视和积极支持开发、培养卫生管理人才。”这是卫生部部长陈敏章9月5日在山东省政府召开的卫生改革工作会议上向山东省各级政府领导同志发出的呼吁。陈敏章说,现在各地很重视人才的培养,但大多是重视培养业务技术人才,而对开发、培养管理人才却重视不够。我们一大批到领导岗位上来的人都是业务技术干部。
