本实验采用薄层色谱法对处方中的沉香、枸杞子、红花进行薄层层析检识。结果表明:该方法专属性强、重现性好、确能保证通络康酒的质量控制。
In this experiment, thin-layer chromatography was used to detect the agarwood, gardenia and safflower in the formulation. The results show that this method has strong specificity, good reproducibility, and can guarantee the quality control of Tongluo Kang wine.
