小比例内爆炸模型试验是当前国内外研究内爆炸荷载的主要方法。针对文献报道小比例内爆炸试验所得内爆炸荷载数据离散较大的特点,建立了考虑装药位置偏差的结构内爆炸流场三维有限元计算模型,对比试验数据验证了计算模型的合理性,比较分析了装药位置偏差对小比例内爆炸试验结果的影响。结果表明:内爆反射超压峰值对装药位置偏差非常敏感,拟合得到了装药位置偏差距离对超压峰值影响系数的经验计算公式;装药位置偏差对冲量影响相对较小,其最大相对差值不超过13%。
Explosion model test in small scale is the main method of explosion load in domestic and foreign research at present. In the light of the large discrete data of explosion load in the small-scale explosion test reported in the literature, a three-dimensional finite element model of the explosive flow field in the structure considering the loading position deviation is established. The comparison of the experimental data shows that the calculation model is reasonable. The influence of the position deviation of the charge on the explosion test results in a small proportion was analyzed. The results show that the peak value of implosion reflection overpressure is very sensitive to the loading position deviation, and the empirical formula for calculating the influence coefficient of the loading position deviation on overpressure peak is obtained. The influence of the imposition position deviation on impulse is relatively small, The relative difference does not exceed 13%.
