3.QC工程表的发布与管理。(1)概述。编制完成的QC工程表应当作为一种企业标准发布。由于规定了如何防止不合格品产生、不向下道工程或顾客流出不合格品,因此作为最基础的文件,QC工程表需要认真审查才能发布。其内容由谁审核、由谁批准发布,应当遵循企业的规定。如果企业在这方面没有相关规定,那么就可以结合对QC工程表的审查、发布予以制定。
