目的:观察分析采用多索茶碱针联合参麦注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的方法及临床疗效。方法:选取72例慢性阻塞性肺病患者为研究对象,数字法随机将患者分为两组,其中观察组36例给予多索茶碱针联合参麦注射液治疗,对照组36例给予单纯多索茶碱针治疗,观察两组临床疗效及动脉血压、肺功能指标改善情况。结果:观察组在总有效率高于对照组,在肺罗音、心悸、发绀、咳喘等症状消失时间均短于对照组。两组患者治疗前肺功能各指标无明显差异,治疗后观察组在FEV1及其预计值比例及FVC预计值比例方面优于对照组。两组治疗前血流变各指标无明显差异,治疗后观察组在PaO2、SaO2、PaCO2各方面改善优于对照组。结论:多索茶碱针联合参麦注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床疗效显著,能够较好的改善患者肺功能指标,缩短症状消失时间,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe and analyze the method and clinical efficacy of Doxofylline acupuncture combined with Shenmai injection in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: Seventy-two patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital method. Among them, 36 cases in the observation group were treated with doxofylline plus Shenmai injection, while 36 cases in the control group were given simple multi- Theophylline acupuncture treatment to observe the clinical efficacy of both groups and arterial blood pressure, pulmonary function indicators to improve the situation. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the disappearance time of pulmonary rales, palpitations, cyanosis, cough and asthma were shorter than those in the control group. The two groups of patients before treatment no significant difference in each index of lung function, the observation group after treatment FEV1 and its expected value ratio and FVC expected value ratio is better than the control group. Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the indexes of blood rheology. After treatment, the improvement of PaO2, SaO2, PaCO2 in observation group was better than that in control group. Conclusion: Doxofylline acupuncture plus Shenmai injection is effective in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It can improve pulmonary function indexes, shorten the time of symptom disappearance, and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
