First, the Chinese Constitutional Law Research Committee of the National People’s Congress system was established cum “transitional people’s Congress System: Development and Issues ” academic seminar January 8, 2011 by the China Constitutional Law Research Association sponsored by China Constitutional Law Research Association The establishment of system research professional committee and “system of transitional people’s congress system: development and subject ” seminar held in Renmin University of China Law School. The National People’s Congress Research Committee is the third professional committee under the China Constitutional Law Research Association. The purpose of this committee is to unite with the experts in the constitutional and theoretical circles of the people’s congresses and substantive work circles in the NPC to study the system of the NPC
