在电感耦合等离子体原子荧光光谱(ICP-AFS)多元素同时测定中,为了提高一些元素的灵敏度,多采用引入还原气为辅助手段。试验中我们曾发现:还原气种类不同对测定影响程度不同,而且流量不易控制。但是,一些粘度、挥发性适中的有机溶剂,却能有效地提高元素的荧光强度,其中尤以丁醇为佳。本文对丁醇在元素ICP-AFS测定过程中的作用进行了观察,为丁醇在样品测定中的实际应用提供了试验依据。
In inductively coupled plasma atomic fluorescence spectrometry (ICP-AFS) simultaneous determination of multiple elements, in order to improve the sensitivity of some elements, the introduction of reducing gas is more to assist. We have found in the experiment: different types of reducing gases have different effects on the measurement, and the flow rate is not easy to control. However, some viscosity, volatile moderate organic solvents, but can effectively improve the fluorescence intensity of elements, especially butanol is better. In this paper, the role of butanol in the determination of elemental ICP-AFS was observed, providing experimental basis for the practical application of butanol in the determination of the sample.
