容积法测定二氧化碳,操作简便。但因奥氏气体分析仪量气管采用静止水套冷却,温度平衡时间长,连续测定时结果重复性差。赵国城采用压缩空气搅拌量气管水套中水,有一定优越性。笔者采用流水恒温水套效果更好。用原装置测定试样,反应停止后半小时内读数仍有变化,而改用流水恒温套后(并适当改进操作手续),2min内读数即已稳定。具体做法是:在原水套上、下部橡皮塞上各打一小孔,插入弯形玻璃管,下口进水,与自来水连通(短时间内,自来水温度基本稳定),出水口与一具支试管相连,试管口插入一支温度计(用橡皮塞固定),将温度计与试管固定在仪器框架上,出水导入水池。笔者采用改进后的装置测定锂盐生产熟料中二氧化碳,并在操作上作了改进。即:熟料试样在50ml反应
