奉国寺始建成于了开泰九年(公元1020年)。据寺内老僧讲,光绪八年修正殿时,从梁上坠下一根丈余长的“八门尺”上书“辽开泰九年正月十四日起工”。诗曰:“借问老僧何代寺?有辽开泰九年中”。
Fengguo Temple was built in Kaitai nine years (AD 1020). According to the temple monk, Guangxu eight years to amend the temple, from the beam fell a Zhang Zhang Zhang Yu Zhang’s “eight foot scale” letter “Liao Kai Tai nine years on the 14th January.” The poem says: “Interrogate the monk He Daizi? Liao Kaitai nine years.”
