实达软件成员企业实达世纪公司推出金融电子化解决方案,该方案以“建立以电子支付为中心,面向行业应用的IC卡综合业务管理平台”为主题,以省级银行系统为对象客户,以解决电子支付领域现存问题为目标,标志着实达软件全面进军电子支付领域。目前,实达世纪公司是中国建设银行电子支付解决方案的主要供应商之一。我国电子支付系统问题很多,如各部门自行制作、自行发卡、自成体系,随意性很大;同时,由于条块分割,地方保护现象严重,导致设备和系统不能通用、不能互补兼容、信息重复采集等,使IC卡跨地区、跨行业的使用和流通受到很大限制,不能充分发挥IC卡容量大、适合多种应用共用一卡的优势,既造成资源浪费,又导致 IC卡的使用偏离了方便、快捷,高效等终极目标。针对这些问题,在解决方案中,实达世纪公司严格遵循中国人民银行总行的IC卡标准,实现了人民银行规定的全部金融功能,业务范围涵盖保险、加油、工商、税

In order to solve the existing problems in the field of electronic payment, it is a sign that Shida Software has fully entered the field of electronic payment. Currently, Shida Century Corporation is one of the major suppliers of electronic payment solutions for China Construction Bank. There are many problems in China’s electronic payment systems, such as self-produced, self-issued cards, and self-contained systems, which are highly random. At the same time, because of the fragmentation, local protection is serious, resulting in equipment and systems that cannot be used universally, cannot be compatible, and information is duplicated. Collection and other issues have greatly restricted the use and circulation of IC cards across regions and industries. They cannot fully exploit the advantages of IC cards that are large in capacity and suitable for sharing a card in multiple applications. This not only wastes resources, but also leads to the use of IC cards. The ultimate goal is convenience, speed, efficiency and so on. In response to these problems, in the solution, Shida Century strictly follows the IC card standard of the People’s Bank of China and realizes all the financial functions stipulated by the People’s Bank of China. The business scope covers insurance, fueling, industry and commerce, and taxes.
