本文通过最优化方法分析对比了两种材料的近三十余条衍射线的Ka_1线型和最佳积分宽度;讨论了用常规的图解法所求的积分宽度和用最优化方法求得的积分宽度之间的关系,说明在大多数情况下Ka_1线型以选择柯西平方函数为好;而且当衍射线的累计积分强度的百分误差不太大时,用图解法求得的积分强度接近于最优化方法求得的在最小二乘意义下的最佳积分宽度。
