作者对50名未选择的真性红细胞增多症(真红)病例,应用生化方法测定血红蛋白F含量,并应用抗HbF抗体荧光法测定F细胞。发现真红病例末梢血F细胞比率大部分在正常对照范围之内,但有1/4病例其HbF含量和F细胞显著增高。其中有5例30~45%红细胞含有胎儿血红蛋白。此5例中每个F细胞含有HbF为14.8%(由F细胞的比例和溶血液中HbF含量计算)。2例F细胞增高的病例测定HbF中Ar和Gr链成分,其氨基酸残基为0.3和0.5,与成人HbF所见者相一致。未发现F细胞水平与红细胞压积、病期或治疗方式有何关系。7例发生骨髓纤维化,其中1例F细
The author of 50 unselected polycythemia vera (true red) cases, the application of biochemical methods for determination of hemoglobin F content, and the use of anti-HbF antibody fluorescence determination of F cells. Found that true red cases of peripheral blood F cells in most of the normal control range, but 1/4 cases of HbF content and F cells were significantly higher. Among them, 5 cases of 30 to 45% erythrocytes contain fetal hemoglobin. Each of these 5 F cells contains 14.8% HbF (calculated from the F cell ratio and the HbF content in the hemolysis). Two cases of elevated F cells were assayed for Ar and Gr chain components in HbF with amino acid residues of 0.3 and 0.5, consistent with those seen in adult HbF.
