有机质谱的最重要的目的之一就是决定化合物的分子量。但是对于象糖类、甙类、核苷酸以及多肽等,属于强极性、非挥发、热稳定性差的物质,在电子轰击源(EI)的质谱上,很难看到它的分子离子,而用场解吸(FD)质谱法测试这些物质却是很有效的,目前国外在生化、生物医学等方面越来越普遍地使用FD技术。本文就使用FDA03型仪器谈谈场解吸质谱(FD/MS)的实验技术。
