The book is divided into four parts, a total of fourteen chapters. The first part describes the background and spatial unbalance of uncontrolled population growth in Latin America, the socio-economic parameters of Latin America’s economic development dilemma and the development goals determined by social conditions. The second part gives a comprehensive assessment of the relations between Latin America’s economic development and Latin America’s agricultural sector and the overall economic change.
