用新显色剂间氯偶氮安替比林测定钙文献已有报道,但用于测定稀土镁硅铁中间合金中的钙,稀土严重干扰。为此,我们作了进一步研究,提出了加尿素加热煮沸以消除其干扰,用三乙醇胺、邻菲啰啉联合掩蔽,直接光度测定稀土镁硅铁合金中钙的方法。一主要仪器与试剂 721型分光光度计间氯偶氮安替比林溶液:0.04% 尿素溶液:5%三乙醇胺溶液:1+2 氢氧化钠溶液:1mol·L~(-1),邻菲哕啉溶液:0.4%(1+1乙醇溶液) 二试验方法吸取20μg钙标准溶液于25ml量瓶中,加入尿素溶液1ml,加热至刚沸,取下,加入三乙薛胺溶液2ml,氢氧化钠溶液2ml,邻菲啰啉溶液0.5ml,间氯偶氮安替比林溶液10ml,用水稀至刻度,摇匀。在721型分光光度计上,于630hm波长处,用1cm比色皿,
Calcium has been reported in the literature for the new reagent, meta-chloroazepine antipyrine, but has been used to determine the presence of calcium and rare earth in rare-earth magnesium ferrosilicon master alloys.
