文中针对SLM-16设备,在对所有线路板的可能故障进行纵向和横向积累、比较、归类的基础上,建立了一个完备的故障分析信息库,从而对整个SLM-16产品,形成了一套适用范围广、高效价廉的故障判别方法。针对SLM.16产品测试系统存在的缺陷,文中提出了三项改进的故障分析方法,即连续重复测试法、高温老化试验法和性能指标匹配法,建立了系统常见故障分析信息库。实践表明:采用该方法后,故障检测的效率大大提高,并且避免了一些隐形故障,这些方法对于其它光网络产品的故障分析和维修同样适用。
In this paper, SLM-16 equipment, based on the accumulation of all the possible failures of the board vertical and horizontal, compared to the classification, based on the establishment of a complete fault analysis information base, thus the entire SLM-16 products, forming a Set of wide range of applications, efficient and cost-effective method of fault identification. Aiming at the shortcomings of SLM.16 product testing system, three improved fault analysis methods are proposed in this paper, namely continuous repeated testing method, high temperature aging test method and performance index matching method, and a common fault analysis information base is established. Practice shows that: With this method, the efficiency of fault detection is greatly improved, and some invisible faults are avoided. These methods are also applicable to the failure analysis and maintenance of other optical network products.
