报道了三种阳电滤膜吸附洗脱法浓缩水中病毒的效果。人工加毒水样分别用Zeta Plus 30s、50s、 Zetapore IMDS滤膜吸附后,用pH9.5、3％牛肉膏洗脱病毒,回收率分别为51±％、62±％、67％,此法有效、简便、经济。与目前国外报道回收效果基本一致。
Reported three kinds of positive electrode membrane adsorption elution method to concentrate the effect of the virus in water. Artificial poisoned water samples were respectively adsorbed by Zeta Plus 30s, 50s and Zetapore IMDS filters, and the viruses were eluted with pH 9.5 and 3% beef extract. The recovery rates were 51 ±%, 62 ±% and 67% respectively. Effective, simple and economical. With the current foreign reports basically the same recovery.
