本文应用滚动接触过程中有关塑性变形问题的研究成果,对钢轨波纹磨损的形成作了初步的分析研究,认为不稳定塑性变形和系统共振是产生钢轨波磨的主要原因之一,并对如何有效地控制波磨提出了相应的建议。
In this paper, based on the research results of plastic deformation in rolling contact, the formation of rail corrugation wear is analyzed preliminarily. It is considered that unstable plastic deformation and system resonance are one of the main causes of rail corrugation. To control the wave mill made the corresponding recommendations.
