本文介绍了负荷特性法借助延长油耗量曲线来确定柴油机的摩擦功,是一种运用简便的方法,也是制造、检修和研究部门判断柴油机制造检修质量和分析改进的手段。本文还从增压柴油机的某些特点出发,以一台柴油机的测试为例,说明所介绍的方法对增压柴油机仍具有实用价值。同时,指出正确运用这一方法的要点;所得结果给出了机油和冷却水温度等条件变化对摩擦功的定量影响,并据此对现有机械损失平均压力的经验公式作出修正。
This paper introduces the load characteristic method to determine the friction work of a diesel engine by lengthening the fuel consumption curve. It is an easy to use method and a means for manufacturing, maintenance and research departments to judge the quality of diesel engine manufacturing and maintenance and analysis and improvement. Based on some characteristics of turbocharged diesel engine, this paper takes a diesel engine as an example to show that the method presented still has practical value for turbocharged diesel engine. At the same time, points out the proper use of this method. The results show the quantitative effects of the changes of oil and cooling water temperature on the friction work. Based on this, the empirical formula of the average pressure loss of the mechanical loss is corrected.
