本文比较详细地介绍了踏面制动车轮温度场的计算方法和一些典型制动工况下由计算所得的车轮温度曲线。根据计算结果,对影响车轮温度场的主要因素进行了分析;并从热性能的角度出发对踏面制动的制动能力进行了探讨。
This paper introduces the calculation method of the temperature field of the tread brake wheel in detail and the calculated wheel temperature curve under some typical braking conditions. According to the calculation results, the main factors affecting the wheel temperature field are analyzed. And the braking ability of the tread brake is discussed from the perspective of thermal performance.
