目的:研究不同浓度稀土元素镧(La)、铈(Ce)对霍山石斛试管苗生长和生理特性的影响。方法:以霍山石斛试管苗为研究对象,采用植物组织培养技术在基本培养基中添加不同浓度的稀土元素La、Ce,90 d后统计各项生长指标并对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(CAT)活性进行测定。结果:在基本培养基中添加15 mg/L La处理组的霍山石斛与对照组长势相当,随着La浓度增加,对霍山石斛侧芽高度和侧芽增殖倍数呈现抑制作用,浓度为25 mg/L时抑制作用最强,但各处理浓度对SOD活性均有一定促进作用;添加5~25 mg/L Ce均有利于霍山石斛侧芽生长,促进作用随浓度增加逐渐增强,浓度为25 mg/L时效果最明显,且各处理浓度对SOD活性均有一定促进作用,对CAT活性先抑制后促进;当添加浓度组合分别为15 mg/L La+25 mg/L Ce或25 mg/L La+25 mg/L Ce时,有利于霍山石斛试管苗生长。结论:La和Ce对霍山石斛试管苗的生长影响较大,并影响其SOD和CAT活性。
Objective: To study the effects of different concentrations of lanthanum (La) and cerium (Ce) on the growth and physiological characteristics of plantlets of Dendrobium huoshanense. Methods: The plantlets of Dendrobium huoshanense were selected as the research object. When the concentration was 25 mg / L, the effect was obvious The most obvious, and the treatment of the concentration of SOD activity have a certain role in promoting, the first inhibition of CAT activity after the promotion; when the added concentrations were 15 mg / L La +25 mg / L Ce or 25 mg / L La +25 mg / L Ce, is conducive to the growth of Dendrobium huoshanense plantlets. Conclusion: La and Ce have significant effects on the growth of plantlets of Dendrobium huoshanense, and affect the activity of SOD and CAT.
