利用超滤膜分离装置对白术多糖进行超滤分离,按分子量分成5个级别,用苯酚-硫酸比色法分别测定不同分子量范围多糖的糖含量,结果表明:它们占总糖的比例分别为:≥100 000的占3.39%,30 000~100 000的占10.47%,10 000~30 000的占5.42%,6 000~10 000的占20.04%,≤6 000的占60.68%.另外各级多糖均具有抗氧化活性,其中10 000~30 000和≤6 000分子量的白术多糖对超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)和羟基自由基(.OH)具有极强的消除作用.
Ultrafiltration separation of Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides by ultrafiltration membrane separation equipment was divided into five grades by molecular weight. The content of polysaccharides in different molecular weight range was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetric method respectively. The results showed that the proportion of total polysaccharides was: ≥100 000 accounted for 3.39%, 30 000 ~ 100 000 accounted for 10.47%, 10 000 ~ 30 000 5.42%, 6 000 ~ 10 000 20.04%, ≤ 6000 000 60.68% .In addition, All of them have anti-oxidative activities. Among them, polysaccharides of Atractylodes macrocephala with 10,000 ~ 30,000 and ≤6,000 molecular weight have very strong antimicrobial effect on superoxide anion (O2-) and hydroxyl radical (.OH).
