碱性平炉炼钢法的炉渣,特别是熔炼合金钢所得的炉渣,含有大量的氧化铬、氧化锰和氧化亚铁。通常将称好的合金钢碱性炉渣试样,溶於盐酸中,然后用氢氟酸处理二氧化矽,而把被二氧化砂沾污的氧化物残渣,与碳酸盐混合物熔融。这种方法,不仅要用铂坩埚和添加辅助操作,而且不可能测定在炉渣中的那些氧化物,如Cr_2O_3,Al_2O_3;MnO,Fe_2O_3等的真正含量。因此,改进了的工厂实验室的分析方法,是把铁渣试样在铁坩埚中和过氧化钠熔融分解。这样,就不必像以前那样,需要分别称取试料来测定Cr_2O_3,MnO和P_2O_5;而现在的新方法,这些氧化物的含量,只须用分离二氧化矽后的部分溶液测定之。碱性平炉中的主要化学成分是:15-30%
Alkaline hearth steelmaking slag, in particular from smelting alloy steel slag, contains a lot of chromium oxide, manganese oxide and ferrous oxide. Typically, a good alloyed steel alkaline slag sample is dissolved in hydrochloric acid and the silica is then treated with hydrofluoric acid to melt the oxide residue stained with the dioxide dioxide with the carbonate mixture. This method not only uses platinum crucibles and additive aids but also makes it impossible to determine the true contents of those oxides in the slag, such as Cr 2 O 3, Al 2 O 3, MnO, Fe 2 O 3, and the like. Therefore, an improved factory laboratory analytical method is to melt the ferrous slag sample in an iron crucible and sodium peroxide. In this way, it is not necessary to weigh the samples separately for the determination of Cr 2 O 3, MnO and P 2 O 5, as in the conventional case. However, in the new method, the contents of these oxides need only be measured using a part of the solution after the separation of the silica.
