从4～6个月胎儿肝脏中制备肝细胞再生刺激因子(HSS).经活性鉴定显示:当以不同量的HSS分别进行肝癌细胞培养时,细胞的增殖与所加HSS的量呈显著正相关(P<0.01).
Hepatocyte regeneration stimulating factor (HSS) was prepared from fetal liver at 4 to 6 months. The activity identification showed that when different amounts of HSS were used for hepatoma cell culture, the proliferation of the cells was positively correlated with the amount of HSS added. (P<0.01).
