以假孕大鼠为实验对象,在体注射IFN-γ研究IFN-γ对血浆孕酮水平的影响;黄体器官离体培养研究IFN-γ、PGF2α对黄体孕酮水平的作用.结果表明:注射IFN-γ后,能提高血浆孕酮水平,由83.87ng/mL升至117.09ng/mL,增长39.6%(P<0.05);离体培养条件下加入IFN-γ(120U/mL)后也能提高培养液中的孕酮水平(P<0.01),加入PGF2α(100ng/mL)则能显著降低培液中的孕酮水平,而同时加入IFN-γ(120U/mL)和PGF2α(100ng/mL)时,培养液中孕酮水平明显高于只加PGF2α组.可见IFN-γ有提高黄体孕酮分泌水平的作用,而且这种作用与抑制PGF2α的溶黄体作用有密切关系.
The effects of IFN-γ on progesterone in plasma were studied in vivo. The effects of IFN-γ and PGF2α on the progesterone level were studied in vitro. The results showed that the plasma progesterone level increased from 83.87ng / mL to 117.09ng / mL, increased by 39.6% (P <0.05) after IFN-γ injection. IFN (P <0.01).
