苏霍姆林斯基曾指出:“教育效果取决于学校和家庭的教育影响的一致性,如果没有这种一致性,那么学校的教学和教育过程就会像纸做的房子一样倒塌下去。”这充分说明学校教育和家庭教育保持一致性,是提高教育效益的重要因素。班主任如何为这种“一致性”做好协调工作呢?我在多年实践中有如下体会。
Suhomlinski once pointed out: “The effect of education depends on the consistency of the educational impact of school and home. Without such coherence, the teaching and educational process at school will collapse like a paper-made house.” This fully shows that the consistency of school education and family education is an important factor in raising the educational effectiveness. How do class coordinators work for this kind of “consistency”? I have the following experience in many years of practice.
