The reciprocal crosses between two restorer lines and six cultivars of upland cotton were used to study the economic traits of hybrid F1 with artificial pollination. The results showed that the economic traits of hybrid F1 were widely controlled by nuclear genes. The cytoplasm of Huckleigh West cotton had a significant effect on the litter size, coat index, index finger length and cashmere length of F1, and the degree of action was significant. Most traits did not exist obviously Of the nuclear matter interaction effect. Compared with the nuclear heterogeneous hybrids, the Huckish West cotton cytoplasm F1 finger lower, higher seed index, lower clothing points 4 to 7 percentage points; velvet length increased by 1 ~ 2mm; fiber fineness and length also showed a certain Negative effect. Most F1 traits have significant parent-child relationship
