目的:观察复方麻辛酊敷贴离子导入疗法对哮喘豚鼠免疫机制的影响。方法:用复方麻辛酊敷贴离子导入疗法对哮喘豚鼠进行治疗,并与正常组、模型组、离子导入组、敷贴组、口服组、西药组相比较,观察各组动物肺组织环腺核苷酸(cAMP)、环鸟核苷酸(cGMP)、β受体及血浆白介素-2(IL-2)含量的变化。结果:模型组 cAMP、cAMP/cGMP、β受体含量及血浆 IL-2含量较正常组明显降低(P<0.01),治疗组、敷贴组、口服组肺组织 cAMP、cAMP/cGMP、β受体含量、治疗组血浆 IL-2含量均较模型组明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:复方麻辛酊敷贴离子导入疗法能显著提高哮喘豚鼠的免疫功能。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of compound cinnamoside application iontophoresis on the immune mechanism of asthma guinea pigs. METHODS: The asthmatic guinea pigs were treated with compound cinnamicin and iontophoresis, and compared with the normal group, the model group, the iontophoresis group, the appendage group, the oral group, and the western medicine group, and the lung tissue ring glands in each group were observed. Changes in nucleotide (cAMP), cyclic bird nucleotide (cGMP), beta-receptor, and plasma interleukin-2 (IL-2) levels. Results: Compared with the normal group, cAMP, cAMP/cGMP, β-receptor levels and plasma IL-2 levels in the model group were significantly lower (P<0.01). The cAMP, cAMP/cGMP, and β levels in the lungs of the treatment group, the application group, and the oral group were significantly decreased. The levels of plasma IL-2 in the body weight and treatment group were significantly higher than those in the model group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Compound cinnamoside application iontophoresis can significantly improve the immune function of asthmatic guinea pigs.
