本文从状态检修概述及其背景出发,分析了水力发电设备实施状态检修的必要性、可行性,并结合二滩水电站机组状态检修经验,重点介绍了状态检修的实践方案、状态检修应注意的问题以及对于状态检修的正确认识。最后得出:现阶段的设备检修应将状态检修、计划检修合为一体,既要积极探索状态检修,又要防止盲目延长检修间隔而造成设备失修。
Based on the overview of condition maintenance and its background, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of state maintenance of hydraulic power equipment. Combining with the experience of unit state maintenance in Ertan Hydropower Station, this paper mainly introduces the practical solutions of condition maintenance and the problems that should be noticed in condition maintenance As well as the correct understanding of the condition maintenance. At last, we conclude that the equipment maintenance at the present stage should integrate the condition maintenance and the plan maintenance, which not only proactively explores the condition maintenance but also prevents the equipment from being blindly extended and the equipment disqualified.
