动态能力理论作为战略管理领域的新发展,一直以来引起了很多学者的关注。本文首先对动态能力、战略变革的相关研究进行概括性的介绍;然后在广大学者的研究成果的基础上,分析了动态能力的维度及战略变革的测量方法。其后,本文对动态能力、战略变革、企业绩效三者关系的进行了探讨;最后对目前研究中的不足和所存在的问题进行了总结。因此,本文在现有的理论的基础上对现有研究成果进行系统的回顾并归纳总结,并对未来研究方向进行思考,在理论上具有一定的价值和现实意义。
As a new development in the field of strategic management, the theory of dynamic capabilities has drawn the attention of many scholars. Firstly, this paper introduces the related research of dynamic capability and strategic change briefly. Based on the research results of many scholars, it analyzes the dimension of dynamic capability and the measurement method of strategic change. After that, this paper discusses the relationship between dynamic capabilities, strategic change and business performance. Finally, the author summarizes the shortcomings and existing problems in current research. Therefore, based on the existing theories, this paper systematically reviews and summarizes the existing research results, and ponders on the future research direction, which has certain value and practical significance in theory.
