连续7年对12种桃砧木类型进行比较试验(嫁接品种为大久保和连黄),结果表明,毛桃与两品种亲和力最强,砧/穗接合部位相近一致,愈合良好,生长旺盛,但与其他砧木比,早期产量低;山桃、陕甘山桃,产量高,早期丰产性好,品质优,但大脚现象明显,易染根癌病;甘肃桃1号对南方根结线虫免疫,抗旱能力强,适合丘陵薄地、沙质土地栽植;光核桃类型多,亲和力种内表现不一,其中以光核桃王、光核桃3号表现较好,但表皮粗糙易受天牛为害;毛樱桃矮化效果明显,树冠只有毛桃的2/3~1/2,可进行密植栽培,但株间亲和性分离广泛,须经纯化或采用优株营养系,才能应用于生产。大久保与不同砧木的亲和性不如连黄,连黄在不同砧木间的砧/穗比差异不显著。砧/穗比可以作为衡量亲和力的指标之一。
