病伤缺勤调查统计是工业卫生管理的一个重要项目,也是企业管理中一个很敏感的指标。过去,在这方面积累的资料并不多,现在,按照经济规律管理企业后,病伤缺勤因素及其构成,在冶金厂矿又发生了新的变化。要提高工业卫生管理水平,更好地为工业生产服务,必须要我们在这方面有新的进一步认识。 企业卫生部门在考核总结工作时,往往以门诊人次、病床周转次、临床治愈率、抢救成活率、传染病下降率等作为指标。从卫生工作为生产服务的观点来讲,这虽是一些重要的指标,但是一些间接指标,只有病伤缺勤统计指标,才是比较直接地反映卫生工作为生产服务的具体成效。
Sick and sick absenteeism investigation and statistics is an important project of industrial hygiene management and also a very sensitive indicator in business management. In the past, there was not much information accumulated in this respect. Now, after the management of enterprises according to economic laws, new factors have changed in the metallurgical factories and mines as a result of the factors and the composition of sickness and injury absences. To raise the level of industrial hygiene management and better serve industrial production, we must have new and further understanding in this regard. Enterprise health departments in the assessment of the work, often outpatient visits, bed turnover times, the clinical cure rate, the survival rate of rescue, the rate of decline of infectious diseases as an indicator. This is an important indicator from the perspective of health work in production services. However, some indirect indicators, only the statistical indicators of sickness and absence, can directly reflect the concrete effectiveness of health work in production services.
