在花键滚刀的加工中,多采用规则的圆弧线近似替代滚刀的理论齿形。本文拟就此问题采用一种较为简捷的计算方法,求得这种因替代而产生的齿形误差值,以便能较为迅速地判明该圆弧能否达到原设计中有关齿形精度方面的要求。
In the machining of spline hobs, arcs of the rule are mostly used to replace the theoretical tooth profile of the hob. This paper intends to use a relatively simple calculation method to solve this problem, and obtain the tooth-shape error value caused by the replacement so as to find out whether the arc can meet the requirements of the accuracy of the original design accurately.
