通过“刮刀法”和化学浴沉积法(CBD)相结合制备了TiO_2/CdS异质结薄膜。利用XRD、SEM、UV-Vis吸收光谱和Ⅰ-Ⅴ特征曲线等手段研究了沉积时间对异质结薄膜材料的形貌及性能的影响。结果表明当CdS的沉积时间为30min时,制备的TiO_2/CdS异质结薄膜具有最优的光电性能。利用EIS和TPV技术对光生载流子的传输过程进行了系统的研究,其结果表明其最优的光电性能主要归因于异质结构的构建可有效提高光生载流子分离的效率和传输的速度,并能显著提高光生载流子的寿命。
TiO 2 / CdS heterojunction thin films were prepared by a combination of “doctor blade method” and chemical bath deposition (CBD). The effects of deposition time on the morphology and properties of heterojunction thin films were investigated by XRD, SEM, UV-Vis absorption spectra and Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristic curves. The results show that when the deposition time of CdS is 30min, the prepared TiO2 / CdS heterojunction thin films have the best optoelectronic properties. The transmission of photo-generated carriers was systematically studied by EIS and TPV techniques. The results show that the optimal photoelectric properties are mainly attributed to the construction of heterostructures that can effectively improve the efficiency and transmission of photo-generated carriers Speed, and can significantly improve the life of photo-generated carriers.
