对比了纳米凹凸棒土(AT)、炭黑、碳酸钙的补强填充性能效果,以及改性AT部分替代高耐磨炭黑应用在全地形(ATV)轮胎胎面胶配方中的效果。结果表明,纳米凹土补强效果优于碳酸钙,比高耐磨炭黑(N330)和半补强炭黑(N770)差;经Si-69改性后的AT部分替代高耐磨炭黑应用在ATV轮胎胎面胶中,拉伸强度达到15.12MPa,300%定伸应力为9.02MPa,扯断伸长率为581%,撕裂强度为76N/mm,硬度为64,阿克隆磨耗为0.12cm~3/1.61km,满足ATV轮胎胶料的性能要求,降低了胶料成本。
The effects of reinforcing filler properties of nano-attapulgite (AT), carbon black and calcium carbonate, as well as the effect of modified AT partially replacing high wear-resistant carbon black on ATV tire tread rubber formulations, were compared. The results show that nano-concave soil reinforcement effect is better than calcium carbonate, worse than the high wear-resistant carbon black (N330) and semi-reinforcing carbon black (N770); AT partially modified by Si-69 instead of high wear- Application ATV tire tread rubber, tensile strength of 15.12MPa, 300% modulus of stress of 9.02MPa, elongation at break of 581%, tear strength of 76N / mm, a hardness of 64, Akron wear 0.12cm ~ 3 / 1.61km, to meet the performance requirements of ATV rubber tire, reducing the cost of rubber.
