为优化二醋酸纤维素的纺丝加工成型工艺,研究了二醋片特性黏度、浓度和溶剂配比对纺丝液性能的影响,并探索了纺丝液性能与所纺纤维形貌和直径之间的关系。结果表明:随着特性黏度和浓度的增大,纺丝液黏度增大,流动性能变差,所纺纤维直径增大;当混合溶剂中丙酮含量低时,纺丝液因黏度和表面张力大,电导率小而无法纺丝只能收集到珠状液滴;逐渐增加丙酮含量,黏度和表面张力减小,电导率增大,所纺纤维直径增大;当使用丙酮/N,N-二甲基乙酰胺的体积比为3∶2时,可以收集到光滑无缺陷的纳米纤维;当丙酮含量较高时,纺丝液因溶剂挥发速率快而凝固从而无法纺丝。
