目的掌握周口市区医用诊断X射线防护的整体情况,做好以后的放射卫生工作。方法现场调查收集市区各医疗机构X射线诊断防护资料。结果透视机、摄片机隔室率和状态检测率分别为61.5%、92.1%和82.0%;机房防护检测合格率、受检者防护用品配备率分别为86.0%、82.0%;放射工作人员个人剂量监测率、职业健康检查率为92.4%、70.5%。结论放射工作人员防护得到了提高,应加强受检者防护和X射线设备的状态检测。
Objective To grasp the overall situation of medical diagnosis X-ray protection in Zhoukou urban area and do a good job in the future radiological hygiene. Methods The field investigation collected the data of X-ray diagnosis and protection of medical institutions in urban area. Results The rates of compartment and state detection of the fluoroscope and the radiograph were 61.5%, 92.1% and 82.0% respectively. The passing rate of the room examination and the rate of the protective equipment for the subjects were 86.0% and 82.0% respectively. The radiation staffs Dose monitoring rate, occupational health examination rate was 92.4%, 70.5%. Conclusion The protection of radiation workers has been improved, and the condition of the patient protection and X-ray equipment should be strengthened.
