目的了解肇庆市放射工作人员身体健康状况,为采取相应的干预措施提供依据。方法对2012年肇庆市放射工作人员的血压、谷丙转氨酶、血常规、尿常规、染色体、B超等资料进行统计分析和评价。结果共体检672人,其中男511人,女161人,平均年龄为(35.3±8.7)岁,从事放射工作工龄平均为(13.2±8.8)a;肝功能、生化、B超、心电图、血压、血常规、尿常规检查的异常率分别为11.46%、62.95%、11.46%、4.46%、9.23%、38.10%、32.44%;外周血淋巴细胞微核检查未出现异常。乡镇级的医疗单位与其他级别的单位在血小板异常率和心电图异常率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);工矿企业与各级别的医疗单位在血压异常率和ALT异常率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);白细胞、血压、血糖的异常率随着放射工龄的延长而增高。结论肇庆市2012年放射工作人员健康状况总体较好,但应加强对较长放射工龄工作人员的健康监护工作,并加强对乡镇医疗单位和工矿企业放射人员工作场所辐射监测、加大个人防护,切实保护放射工作人员的健康。
Objective To understand the health status of radiation workers in Zhaoqing City and provide evidence for the corresponding interventions. Methods The data of blood pressure, alanine aminotransferase, blood routine, urine routine, chromosome, B ultrasound and other data of radiation workers in Zhaoqing City in 2012 were statistically analyzed and evaluated. Results A total of 672 people were examined, including 511 males and 161 females, with an average age of (35.3 ± 8.7) years and an average of 13.2 ± 8.8 years of work in radiology. Liver function, biochemistry, B ultrasound, electrocardiogram, The abnormal rates of blood routine examination and urine routine examination were 11.46%, 62.95%, 11.46%, 4.46%, 9.23%, 38.10% and 32.44% respectively. No abnormality was found in peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus test. There were significant differences in the rates of platelet abnormalities and ECG abnormalities among township-level medical units and other levels of units (P <0.05). The differences in rates of abnormal blood pressure and abnormal ALT between industrial and mining enterprises and all levels of medical units were statistically significant (P <0.05). The abnormal rates of white blood cells, blood pressure and blood sugar increased with the extension of radiation workers’ life. Conclusion The health status of radiation workers in Zhaoqing City in 2012 is generally good. However, it is necessary to strengthen the health supervision of long-term radiation workers and reinforce the radiation monitoring of radiation workers in township medical units and industrial and mining enterprises, increase personal protection, Effectively protect the health of radiation workers.
