目的探讨参芪五味子颗粒对小鼠的镇静催眠作用。方法小鼠随机分为空白对照组、生理盐水对照组、安神健脑液对照组、参芪五味子颗粒高剂量组、参芪五味子颗粒中剂量组、参芪五味子颗粒低剂量组,每组12只,观察各组对小鼠自主活动、阀剂量戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间、与戊巴比妥钠的协同作用、小鼠全脑单胺类神经递质含量的影响。结果参芪五味子颗粒各剂量组均能明显减少小鼠自主活动次数(P<0.05或P<0.01),延长小鼠阀剂量戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间(P<0.01),参芪五味子颗粒高、中剂量组可提高小鼠阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠入睡率(P<0.05或P<0.01),参芪五味子颗粒高剂量组对全脑单胺类神经递质含量还有降低的趋势(P<0.05)。结论参芪五味子颗粒具有显著的镇静催眠作用。
Objective To investigate the sedative and hypnotic effects of Shenqi Schisandra Granules on mice. Methods Mice were randomly divided into blank control group, normal saline control group, Anshen Jianneng fluid control group, Shenqi Wuweizi Granule high-dose group, Shenqi Wuweizi Granule middle-dose group, Shenqi Wuweizi Granule low-dose group, 12 in each group. Observed the effects of each group on mouse autonomous activity, valve dose sodium pentobarbital sleep time, synergistic effect with pentobarbital sodium, and total brain monoamine neurotransmitter content in mice. Results Shenqi schizandra granules in each dose group can significantly reduce the number of times of spontaneous activity in mice (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and prolong the valve dose of pentobarbital sodium in mice (P<0.01). Shenqi schisandra fruit particles are high The middle and high dose group can increase the sleep rate of subthreshold pentobarbital sodium in mice (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The high dose group of Shenqi Wuweizi also has a tendency to decrease the content of monoamine neurotransmitters in the whole brain. (P<0.05). Conclusion Shenqi Wuweizi granules have significant sedative and hypnotic effects.
