贵阳市人民政府令第5号《贵阳市森林防火办法》已经2009年6月8日市人民政府常务会议通过。现予公布,自2009年8月1日起施行。市长袁周二○○九年六月八日第一章总则第一条为有效预防和扑救森林火灾,保障人民生命财产安全,保护森林资源,维护生态安全,根据国务院《森林防火条例》,结合本市实际,制定本办法。
