已知hCG/LH受体存在于性腺的细胞膜上。近年来已报道这些受体还存在于性腺以外的正常生殖器官中,包括猪与兔的子宫、人输卵管与兔的囊胚中。本文作者用光学显微镜免疫细胞化学方法研究发现非妊娠期人子宫与人胎儿胎盘单位确实含有hCG/LH受体。取材:收集6个来自年龄27～46岁、月经史正常的子宫切除术妇女的子宫标本,3个足月妊娠自然阴道分娩获得的胎盘及3个中期妊娠(20周)引产的胎盘。
It is known that hCG / LH receptors are present on the cell membrane of the gonads. It has been reported in recent years that these receptors are also present in normal reproductive organs other than the gonads, including in the blastocysts of pigs and rabbits, in the human fallopian tubes and in rabbits. The authors used optical microscopy immunocytochemistry to study nonhuman uterine and human fetuses placental units do contain hCG / LH receptors. MATERIALS: Six uteri specimens from women aged 27-46 years with normal history of menstruation were collected, three placentas obtained during full-term spontaneous vaginal delivery, and three placenta induced by mid-term pregnancy (20 weeks).
