贵州西南地区某碳酸盐型萤石矿品位低,脉石矿物主要为方解石和石英,矿石中碳酸钙和二氧化硅含量总和达44.59%。采用酸化水玻璃及有机抑制剂组合共同抑制石英及方解石等脉石矿物,以自制油酸作捕收剂,进行了浮选试验。通过粗选条件试验,确定了最佳的粗选条件为:磨矿细度-0.074mm占75%,碳酸钠用量1000g/t,水玻璃用量300g/t,油酸用量300g/t,Df03用量100g/t。在此基础上,采用一粗一扫四精浮选流程进行了闭路试验,获得CaF2、CaCO3、SiO2品位分别为95.52%,1.31%,1.07%,回收率分别为91.20%,3.19%,1.76%的萤石精矿,达到化工需求的萤石精矿三级标准。
