高校赖于存在与发展的要素,在于人才、器材、教材。笔者从工作实践中感到,高校图书馆要加强馆藏建设,提高服务质量和深化服务层次,有效的发挥教育职能和情报职能,也同样有赖于馆员素质的提高,有赖于有一支优化的馆员队伍。这是图书馆的百年大计,是图书馆一项战略性工作,很需要每个在位的馆领导潜心研究并下大力气一位接一位传下去。笔者认为要建设一支优化馆员队伍,应该做到:
