去年4月党中央发出向孔繁森同志学习的号召以来,我省各级党组织和广大领导干部同全国一样,积极响应,迅速掀起了学习孔繁森同志的热潮,孔繁森精神不断深入人心,党风廉政建设有了新起色,改革开放和现代化建设取得了新成就。为了把学习孔繁森同志的活动深入持久地开展下去,最近,省委又发出了《关于在全省各级领导干部中开展学习孔繁森、争做好公仆活动的通知》,决定从今年起,在全省各级领导干部中广泛开展学习孔繁森、争做好公仆活动。这是我省贯彻党的十四届四中全会决定和江泽民同志关于“讲学习、讲政治、讲正气”的重要指示,结合实际加强各级领导班子和领导干部思想政治建设的重要措施。

This is an important measure for our province to implement the decisions made by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party and Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important principle of “stressing on learning, stressing politics and upholding integrity,” and in light of the actual situation, strengthen the ideological and political building of leading bodies and leading cadres at all levels.
