为总结实施《食品卫生法(试行)》的经验,探索食品卫生执法工作中的规律,研究食品生产经营者违反《食品卫生法》重大行政行为的发生情况,收集整理了《食品卫生法》试行期间1983～1993年济宁市食品生产经营者重大违法行为案件174例,报告如下:1 资料来源及方法重大违法行为是指《食品卫生法》试行期间,济宁市、县两级食品卫生监督机构,对违反《食品卫生法》行为情节较重的食品生产经营者给予行政处罚中,每次罚款金额500元以上;销毁过期变质食品价值1000
To sum up the experience of implementing the “Food Hygiene Law (Trial)”, to explore the laws of food hygiene law enforcement work, and to study the occurrence of major administrative acts of food production and management operators that violated the “Food Hygiene Law,” to collect and consolidate the “Food Hygiene Law” trial During the period from 1983 to 1993, there were 174 cases of serious violations committed by food producers and operators in Jining City, and the report was as follows: 1 Sources and methods of major violations refer to the food sanitation supervision agencies of the Jining City and the county during the trial period of the “Food Hygiene Law”. In the case of administrative penalties for food production and business operators that violate the Food Sanitation Law, the amount of fines exceeds 500 yuan each; the value of expired deteriorating foods is destroyed by 1,000.
