徐闻县地处祖国大陆的最南端,全县18个乡镇,186个管理区,62万人口。现有乡镇卫生院14间,农村卫生站115间,乡村卫技人员306人。自1996年初以来,我们围绕“如何建立与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的农村卫生体制,巩固农村三级医疗卫生网”进行了广泛的研究和探索,实行了乡、村一体化办医新模式,为稳步发展农村合作医疗铺平道路,有力地推动了农村卫生事业的蓬勃发展。1 推行乡村一体化办医的主要做法1·1 成立领导机构,合理设置医疗网点 在当地乡(镇)党委和政府的支持下,一体化管理工作分四步进行。(1)成立乡村一体化办医领导小组,组长由主管卫生工作的乡(镇)长担任。领导小组下设办公室,办公室主任由乡(镇)卫生院院长
Xuwen County is located at the southernmost tip of the mainland of China, with 18 townships, 186 administrative districts and 620,000 people. There are 14 township health centers, 115 rural health stations, and 306 rural health workers.
