目的 观察丹参对烫伤早期心肌损害的保护作用并探讨其可能机制。方法 Wistar大鼠 72只 ,分为假烫组 (n =8)、烫伤组 (n =32 )、烫伤治疗组 (n=32 ) ,动态观察大鼠 30 %体表面积Ⅲ度烫伤后 6、12、2 4、4 8h血清CPK(肌酸磷酸激酶 )水平、心肌含水量以及心肌组织MDA (丙二醛 )含量、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶 )活性、ATP酶 (Na+ K+ ATPase、Ca2 + ATPase、Mg2 + ATPase)活性以及心肌细胞线粒体超微结构的变化。结果 大鼠烫伤后心肌明显受损 ,表现为血清CPK水平上升 ,心肌组织含水量升高 ,线粒体肿胀 ,嵴紊乱。同时心肌组织MDA水平上升 ,SOD活性下降 ,ATPase活性下降。应用丹参注射液后可在一定程度上减轻烫伤后心肌损害 ,并且降低心肌组织MDA水平 ,提高SOD活性 ,提高ATPase活性。结论 丹参可能通过抑制烫伤后脂质过氧化以及提高ATPase活性在一定程度上减轻烫伤后早期心肌损害。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae on myocardium damage in the early stage of burns and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods Seventy-two Wistar rats were divided into three groups: scalding group (n = 8), scald group (n = 32) and scald treatment group (n = 32). Dynamic observation of rats 30% body surface area III degree scald 6, 12 Serum levels of CPK (creatine phosphokinase), myocardial water content, myocardial MDA (malondialdehyde) content, SOD (superoxide dismutase) activity, ATPase (Na+ K+ ATPase, Ca2 + ATPase), 24, 48 hours , Mg2 + ATPase) activity and changes in myocardial mitochondrial ultrastructure. RESULTS: Myocardium was significantly impaired after scald in rats, which showed elevated serum CPK levels, increased myocardial water content, mitochondrial swelling, and paralysis. At the same time, the level of MDA in myocardial tissue increased, SOD activity decreased, and ATPase activity decreased. Salvia miltiorrhiza injection can reduce myocardial damage after scald to a certain extent, and reduce myocardial MDA levels, increase SOD activity and increase ATPase activity. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza can reduce myocardial damage in early stage of burns to a certain extent by inhibiting lipid peroxidation and increasing ATPase activity after scald.
