在国家技术监督局的领导下,经国务院各有关部门的充分商议和集装箱标准化技术委员会换届筹备组的努力,第二届全国集装箱标准化技术委员会成立大会,于1992年6月18日至19日,由国家技术监督局主持,在广东省深圳市蛇口工业区召开。参加会议的有交通部、铁道部、民航局、经贸部、商业部、物资部、航空航天部、中国船舶工业总公司和船舶检验局等部门、单位的领导,全国集装箱标准化技术委员会一届、二届委员、顾问、秘书处成员和各地代表,共77人。会上,国家技术监督局朱玉理局长宣布了第二届全国集装箱标准化技术委员会
